Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mitch Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leyeyasu Tokugawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mitch Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Leyeyasu Tokugawa! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Taro Takaoka and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Tokugawa looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Lee tries to close the distance and clinch but Tokugawa swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Lee throws a nice outside leg kick. Lee connects with a high kick.
It looks like Leyeyasu Tokugawa has been cut. Tokugawa tries to move into range but Lee moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Lee tries a head kick but it misses.

Tokugawa throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Lee displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Tokugawa throws out the jab. Lee throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Lee clinches with his opponent.

Lee with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Lee's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Lee throws a head kick but Tokugawa moves out of range.
A punch combination from Lee misses. Lee throws a sloppy head kick and Tokugawa moves out of range easily. Tokugawa throws a hook but Lee blocks it.
That's one minute gone in the round. A kick lands to the mid section there for Lee. Lee pushes Tokugawa up against the ropes in a clinch. Lee with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Lee's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Tokugawa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lee tries to avoid it but Tokugawa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lee to the ground. Lee escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Lee closes the distance and clinches. Tokugawa can't get the takedown.
Mitch Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leyeyasu Tokugawa. Lee breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Lee keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Tokugawa. Lee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A head kick misses from Lee. Lee throws a head kick but Tokugawa moves out of range.
Mitch Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lee tries to clinch there but Tokugawa circles away.

Mitch Lee is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Tokugawa avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lee moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Tokugawa misses with a looping left. Good standup being displayed there by Lee as he connects with a hook. Tokugawa shoots in and drives through. Lee sprawls well. Lee will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Lee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Lee is breathing heavily. Tokugawa gets a takedown into half guard. Tokugawa is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Lee sees it coming and defends easily. Tokugawa sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Lee defending well though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tokugawa looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Tokugawa thows a huge punch but Lee dodges it nicely.
Tokugawa tries to pass the half guard into mount. Lee knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Tokugawa seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lee does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Lee kicks Tokugawa off and gets back to his feet. Lee throws a head kick but Tokugawa moves out of range.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Tokugawa blocks a head kick by Lee.

Lee is looking to slow Tokugawa down with leg kicks. Lee gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Tokugawa postures up in Lee's guard and throws a big left but Lee blocks it. Tokugawa throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Tokugawa postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Lee is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Tokugawa, into his guard. Tokugawa has a closed guard, preventing Lee from standing up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mitch Lee dominated that round. The cut man is working on Leyeyasu Tokugawa's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
A jab from Tokugawa misses. Lee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Lee tries a head kick but it misses.
Tokugawa feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Tokugawa keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Lee's head. Tokugawa wants to control from the top but Lee keeps moving. Tokugawa postures up in Lee's guard and throws a big left but Lee blocks it. Lee keeping moving, preventing Tokugawa from controlling successfully. Tokugawa passes easily into side control. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tokugawa cracks Lee with a big right hand but Lee just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Tokugawa tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Tokugawa has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Lee is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Tokugawa yanks on the arm and Lee is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Tokugawa.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Leyeyasu Tokugawa!
