Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mark Lesnar!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Super SuperHeavyWeight!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Peter Branson and Santiago Holmes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
SuperHeavyWeight looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Lesnar tries to counter with a takedown but SuperHeavyWeight is quick to defend against it.
Lesnar definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
SuperHeavyWeight misses the jab.
Lesnar appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Lesnar has SuperHeavyWeight up against the cage in a clinch.
Lesnar has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by SuperHeavyWeight after a bit of a struggle.
Lesnar misses with a body punch.
SuperHeavyWeight lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.


It looks like Mark Lesnar has been cut.
A right handed body shot lands from SuperHeavyWeight.
Lesnar's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
SuperHeavyWeight has a couple of punches blocked by Lesnar.
Lesnar has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

SuperHeavyWeight throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lesnar sees it coming and avoids it easily.

SuperHeavyWeight closes the distance and clinches.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
The referee calls for Lesnar to work.
SuperHeavyWeight's coach down at ELITE Island Gym - 19 Elite Coaches was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on SuperHeavyWeight's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

SuperHeavyWeight misses with a punch on the inside.
SuperHeavyWeight working some nice short punches in the clinch.
SuperHeavyWeight is defending well against a takedown attempt.

Lesnar has picked SuperHeavyWeight up - he's going for a ride! Lesnar dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
SuperHeavyWeight controlling the position well.
SuperHeavyWeight is looking for a sweep. Lesnar is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
SuperHeavyWeight is trying to control but can't.
SuperHeavyWeight wants to improve his position but Lesnar is controlling well.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if SuperHeavyWeight can do anything to dispel that myth.

SuperHeavyWeight tries to roll over but Lesnar keeps him under control.

SuperHeavyWeight wants to control but Lesnar is keeping busy.
Lesnar tries to pass the half guard into mount. SuperHeavyWeight knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Lesnar wants to take a breather but SuperHeavyWeight is having none of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lesnar looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Lesnar working over SuperHeavyWeight with some ground and pound. SuperHeavyWeight looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
SuperHeavyWeight tries to roll over but Lesnar keeps him under control.
SuperHeavyWeight wants to get back to full guard but Lesnar has mounted him!

Lesnar cracks SuperHeavyWeight with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Lesnar pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Mark Lesnar will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Lesnar connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused SuperHeavyWeight some visible discomfort.

SuperHeavyWeight on the wrong end of some ground and pound.

SuperHeavyWeight is trying to control. Lesnar wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

SuperHeavyWeight wants to pass the guard but Lesnar is keeping the position.
Lesnar is pulling down on SuperHeavyWeight's head. It's preventing any offense from SuperHeavyWeight, at least for the moment.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Super SuperHeavyWeight seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Lesnar shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Lesnar takes a jab right on the kisser.
Lesnar throws a lazy right hand but SuperHeavyWeight sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
SuperHeavyWeight wants to counter with a clinch but Lesnar pushes him away.
SuperHeavyWeight swings for the body but Lesnar moves out of range.
SuperHeavyWeight has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Lesnar finds it's way round the side to connect with SuperHeavyWeight's head.
Lesnar moves out of range as SuperHeavyWeight strikes.
Lesnar attempts a counter takedown but SuperHeavyWeight avoids it well and moves away.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
SuperHeavyWeight dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
SuperHeavyWeight connects with the punch.
SuperHeavyWeight throws out a loose jab but Lesnar uses good head movement to avoid it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mark Lesnar dominated that second round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Lesnar takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Lesnar slips under a jab.
SuperHeavyWeight fails with an attempt to clinch.
SuperHeavyWeight swings and misses with a hook to the body.
The fight stays on the outside here - Lesnar looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Lesnar steps to the side to avoid the strikes from SuperHeavyWeight.
The fighters circling - SuperHeavyWeight throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

SuperHeavyWeight throws a hook to the side of Lesnar's head but Lesnar sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

SuperHeavyWeight gets tackled into the cage by Lesnar. Lesnar maintains the clinch.
SuperHeavyWeight lands a left hand that snaps the head of Lesnar backwards.
SuperHeavyWeight misses with a short punch on the inside.
SuperHeavyWeight can't find room to land a body shot as Lesnar controls the action.

Lesnar turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Lesnar manages to end up in side control.
SuperHeavyWeight tries to bench press Lesnar off him but Lesnar keeps the position.
Lesnar lands a few punches from side control.
SuperHeavyWeight really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lesnar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
SuperHeavyWeight is trying to control Lesnar's posture but Lesnar avoids it.
SuperHeavyWeight takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Lesnar looks up at the clock and then as SuperHeavyWeight takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Lesnar smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

SuperHeavyWeight is working to avoid the ground and pound but Lesnar connects with a decent elbow.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
SuperHeavyWeight is trying to escape the position but Lesnar is controlling the position.
SuperHeavyWeight is not content to let Lesnar control the position.

SuperHeavyWeight is trying to control Lesnar's posture but Lesnar avoids it.

The cut above Super SuperHeavyWeight's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Mark Lesnar overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
SuperHeavyWeight is looking for a sweep.
SuperHeavyWeight is not content to let Lesnar control the position.
SuperHeavyWeight takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Super SuperHeavyWeight's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Super SuperHeavyWeight's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:23 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Mark Lesnar!
Mark Lesnar retains his super heavyweight title!
A very excited looking Mark Lesnar rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
