Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vlad Putin (ranked 1511 p4p, 192 weight class) and Max Payne (ranked 1119 p4p, 152 weight class). Putin comes to the cage accompanied by IAMX - Happiness. Payne has chosen Bad Company as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Payne gets tackled into the cage by Putin. Putin maintains the clinch.
Payne managing to block the knees to the body from Putin.

Payne wants to break the clinch but can't.
Payne tries a body shot but Putin blocks it.

With the fighters up against the cage, Putin throws an elbow but misses.

Payne stalks Putin and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Putin's face. Putin staggers backwards, shaken.

Payne lands a nice hook to Putin's body. Putin takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Payne punishes Putin's body with a nice straight punch.
Putin is breathing heavily.
Payne digs a good hook to Putin's body.
Payne with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Payne misses with a wild body shot.
Putin closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Max Payne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Payne lands with a hook. Putin tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Putin is rocked!
Putin tries a head kick but it misses.
Payne has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Putin is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Payne scores with a nice right hand.
Oh Putin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Putin takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Payne ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Putin out cold! The fight is over!

A relieved looking Max Payne thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
