Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sigge Strop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Tyre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyre has chosen empire state of minds as his entrance music. Christopher Tyre has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sigge Strop! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Christopher Tyre! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Strop fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Tyre sprawls well initially but Strop persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Strop seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Tyre wants to get back to full guard. Strop is looking to take a break and control but Tyre is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Strop trying to control the pace. Tyre pushes Strop off looking to stand but Strop dives back in and keeps control.
Strop is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tyre looks like he's trying to stand up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Strop is tying to control. Tyre wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Strop will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Strop is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Tyre is looking to escape. Tyre looks gassed! Strop wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tyre keeps working. Strop is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Tyre has managed to free his arm - good work. Strop looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Tyre moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Strop drops back looking for a leg! Tyre is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tyre manages to kick Strop off! Strop jumps back into Tyre's guard. Tyre is striking but Strop is not phased and passes to half guard. Tyre wants to get back to full guard. Strop looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Strop wants to control but Tyre is keeping him busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tyre misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Tyre flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Tyre is defending against the submission attempts here by Strop.
Strop prevents Tyre from improving his position.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Strop avoids a punch combination nicely.
Strop shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tyre as he jumps to the side.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Jab from Tyre. Strop looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Tyre moves into the clinch. Tyre looking for a takedown. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Strop wants the takedown. Tyre is fighting it off but Strop persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Tyre's guard against the cage. Strop stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tyre swivels though and keeps the full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sigge Strop dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Tyre stalks Strop and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Strop's face. Strop staggers backwards, shaken. Strop gets a takedown into half guard. Strop wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tyre keeps working. Strop scoring with strikes to the body and head. Tyre looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Tyre missing with punches from the bottom.
Ground and pound from Strop. Tyre should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Strop wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tyre keeps working. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tyre tries to get to full guard but Strop has control of the leg. Strop is trying for a kimura here. Tyre looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Strop wins by kimura!
