Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, La Lawn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chizzled Abs!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawn circles away from the clinch attempt
and Lawn counters with a takedown into side control.
Lawn is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Abs will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Abs tries to bench press Lawn off him but Lawn keeps the position.
Lawn has knee on belly and moves into mount.

Lawn could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Abs tries to hold on but Lawn pushes him away.

Lawn seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Abs for as long as he can get away with.

Lawn's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Chizzled Abs showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
