Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Langston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Reardon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Joe Langston has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Joe Langston seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joe Langston! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hank Reardon! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Steve Erwin and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reardon dodges the punch combination from Langston.
Reardon takes one on the button. Reardon wants to clinch up but Langston keeps it at a distance. Langston lands a high kick!
Reardon instigates a clinch. A head punch on the inside from Reardon fails to land. Langston is trying to break the clinch but Reardon has him pressed against the cage. Langston has had enough of the clinch but Reardon keeps him there for the moment. Reardon works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Reardon gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Langston regains guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Reardon throws a big right hand that misses. Reardon landing some decent shots from guard. Reardon has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Langston's face.

I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Reardon connects with a nice short shot to Langston's temple.
