The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Temrezov has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Boranbayev displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Temrezov.

Boranbayev pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Temrezov back to the cage. Boranbayev follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Temrezov's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Boranbayev connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Temrezov scrambles back to his feet.
Boranbayev closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Boranbayev lands in his opponent's guard.

Temrezov is looking for a triangle but Boranbayev pushes his legs off easily.
