Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Thomas Rowlands!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Illya Tyunina and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rowlands tries for a takedown but Cross sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Cross tries to clinch there but Rowlands circles away.
Rowlands takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Cross rushes Rowlands and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Rowlands successfully pulls guard.
Rowlands has his hands on Cross's head, controlling the position.
Cross wants to pass the guard but Rowlands is keeping the position.
Cross knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rowlands on the ground.
Cross is looking to advance position but Rowlands has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Rowlands tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rowlands with shots to the head and body - Cross looks very uncomfortable down there.
Cross is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Rowlands landing strikes, looking to finish!

Cross tries to improve his position but instead Rowlands has taken his back!
Rowlands gets his hands free as Cross looks to control.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rowlands has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Cross tries to break free.
Cross definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Cross is trying to defend against the choke here but Rowlands has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Rowlands Tightens the hold and Cross taps out furiously! Rowlands displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
