Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Sonny Bradford (ranked 5058 p4p, 110 weight class) and Eli Gardenia (ranked 2253 p4p, 59 weight class). On his way into the ring it seems that Sonny Bradford has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Sonny Bradford seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gardenia throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bradford sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Bradford circles away from the clinch attempt.
Gardenia throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Gardenia throws a hook to the side of Bradford's head but Bradford sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Gardenia just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromBradford.
Gardenia rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Bradford counters with a solid body kick.
Gardenia takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Gardenia is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

We've been informed that Gardenia has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Gardenia jabs Bradford right on the nose. Bradford blinks but takes it well.

Bradford slips a straight right by Gardenia.
Gardenia looks to throw the jab but Bradford is out of range.

and Bradford counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Bradford moves out of range of the body kick from Gardenia.
Bradford throws a sloppy head kick and Gardenia moves out of range easily.

Gardenia lands a jab to the nose.
Bradford throws the kick towards the body but Gardenia avoids it.
Gardenia lands with a hook. Bradford tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Bradford counters with a thumping low kick.
Gardenia is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bradford.
Gardenia is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

Gardenia throws a hook to the side of Bradford's head but Bradford sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
And Bradford counters with a quick kick to the body but Gardenia blocks it.
Gardenia is looking to clinch but Bradford is avoiding it.
Bradford's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Gardenia connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bradford scrambles back to his feet.
Gardenia throws out a powerful jab.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Eli Gardenia dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Gardenia tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Bradford manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Bradford feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Bradford keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Gardenia lands a nice shot that snaps Bradford's head back.

Gardenia closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Oh Bradford is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Gardenia loads up on a big right hand but Bradford slips the punch.
Bradford throws a quick counter head kick but Gardenia was just out of range.
Bradford on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
That kick from Bradford tenderised Gardenia's leg. Gardenia is trying to keep his angry face on.

A left lands for Gardenia.
Bradford throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Bradford walks straight into a perfectly timed right hook, crumpling him to the floor! Bradford is in all kinds of trouble here - can he beat the count? 3,4,5,6,7,8,9....10 - he's out and it's by a long way too - he didn't ever look like beating that count!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Eli Gardenia!
A less than humble Eli Gardenia misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
