Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Raise Hell (ranked 735 p4p, 85 weight class) and Edward Kenway (ranked 701 p4p, 82 weight class). Hell comes into the arena with Motörhead - Hellraiser blaring out of the sound system. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kenway goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Kenway on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
It looks like Edward Kenway has been cut.
Hell cracks Kenway with a right hand to the side of the head.
Hell throws a leg kick
and Kenway connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Kenway has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Hell looks to land a left hand but Kenway moved out of range nicely.
Kenway takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Hell wants to land a leg kick but Kenway is out of range.
Kenway raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Hell swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Kenway's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Hell connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kenway scrambles back to his feet.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Kenway seems to have recovered his senses.
Hell needs to keep his hands up - Kenway had a free shot at his head there.
Hell lands a big right hand that sends Kenway crashing to the mat! Hell stays standing though and waves Kenway back to his feet!
Hell swings away with a leg kick that misses.

Hell throws a leg kick but Kenway sees it coming and moves out of range.
And Kenway responds with a good body kick, but Hell manages to step out the way in time.
Hell has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Hell there as he acknowledges the shot.
Hell lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hell lands with a nice body punch.
Hell with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Kenway to score with a decent uppercut.
Kenway throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

and Kenway counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hell takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kenway connects with a right hand. Hell shakes it off.

Hell shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Hell works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Oh Hell is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Kenway is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Hell with a body shot.

Hell seems to have got his legs back now.

and Kenway counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Hell! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Kenway!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Edward Kenway!
After winning the bout, Edward Kenway thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
