The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Skip Squint and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A chopping leg kick lands by Kothciushco.
Winters fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kothciushco unleashes a big counter combination but Winters bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Kothciushco scores with a sloppy right hand. Winters should have avoided that one.
It looks like Jonathan Winters has been cut.
Winters clinches up against the cage.
A head punch on the inside from Winters fails to land.
Kothciushco using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Winters has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Winters has a couple of punches blocked by Kothciushco.
Kothciushco drops Winters onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Winters is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Winters wants to stall.
Kothciushco lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Winters to his knees! Kothciushco keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
