Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
It tries to keep at a distance but silva has taken the fight into the clinch.
It drops to a knee looking for a takedown but silva gets the underhooks and prevents it.
silva has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics It uses from the top position.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. silva can't fight it off and eventually It manages to take the fight to the floor. silva looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
silva is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
silva really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
It wants to stand and escape but instead silva has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

silva feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

It closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
It decides to stand back up. It steps back and let's silva get back to his feet.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

It goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, silva rolls with the submission and now he's on top in It's guard! Nice work there by silva!

Get It showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

silva is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and It defends it well.

silva decides to stand up.
It swings and misses with a hook to the body.

It shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. It showed some decent athleticism there.

silva is trying to stand up here but It is controlling him well.

It thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed silva's head.
It is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so silva is just riding it out for now. It eventually gives up the hold.
silva is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of It's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take It's back!
