Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ghazi Okah (ranked 15 p4p, 3 weight class) and Donsone DeNeville (ranked 90 p4p, 17 weight class). Okah comes into the arena with Rock Stone blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

DeNeville feints and then cracks Okah's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Okah down.
DeNeville has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Ghazi Okah has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Donsone DeNeville.
Okah changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Ghazi Okah will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but DeNeville might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Okah has got the better of the exchanges.
