The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bongiorno throws a half hearted mid kick.
Bailley misses with a looping right.
Bailley pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bongiorno looks to land a body kick but Bailley moved away.
Some wild striking there from Bailley.
Bailley loads up on a big right hand but Bongiorno slips the punch.
Bailley takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Bongiorno swings and misses with a hook to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bongiorno tries to land a front kick but Bailley steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
A swing and a miss from Bailley.
Bailley lands a big head kick that sends Bongiorno tumbling to the mat! Bailley takes a step backwards and waves Bongiorno back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Bongiorno is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bailley fakes the body blow, causing Bongiorno to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Bongiorno goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

A relieved looking Marco Bailley thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
