Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Daniel Franklin and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khalidov moves into the clinch.
Al Khuzeem manages to pull guard.
Al Khuzeem doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Al Khuzeem is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Khalidov defends well.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Al Khuzeem can do anything to dispel that myth.
Al Khuzeem is working an open guard so Khalidov takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Al Khuzeem shoots in looking for a takedown. Khalidov tries to sprawl out of it but Al Khuzeem keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Khalidov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Al Khuzeem rushes Khalidov and presses him up against the cage.
Khalidov scores with a shoulder strike.
Al Khuzeem misses with a knee strike.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Al Khuzeem pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Khalidov moves into the clinch.
Al Khuzeem tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Al Khuzeem is looking to break free of the clinch but Khalidov has double underhooks.
Khalidov's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Al Khuzeem tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Khalidov smiles and moves away.
Al Khuzeem fails in his attempt to clinch.
Khalidov scores with a takedown into Al Khuzeem's guard.
Al Khuzeem wants to sweep but no luck.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Al Khuzeem keeping moving, preventing Khalidov from controlling successfully.
Khalidov cracks Al Khuzeem with a solid left hand.
Al Khuzeem looking for a triangle here. Khalidov is fighting it but it looks tight! Al Khuzeem pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Khalidov is tapping out - this one is all over!
