Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Peter Parker (ranked 210 p4p, 26 weight class) and Albert Hoffman (ranked 320 p4p, 42 weight class). Peter Parker has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
32 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peter Parker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 22 - 0, fighting out of London, Albert Hoffman ! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Jonathan Paton and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hoffman shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Parker sprawls well. Parker wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hoffman gets slowly back to his feet. Parker misses with a jab to the body
and Hoffman counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Hoffman . Hoffman wants to pass the guard but Parker is keeping the position. Hoffman missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Parker is adopting a defensive guard. Hoffman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Parker swivels though and keeps the full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hoffman won't allow Parker to sweep him here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hoffman wants to pass the guard but Parker is keeping the position. Hoffman throws a big right hand that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hoffman passes into half guard. Hoffman has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. That's three minutes gone in the round. Parker with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Parker prevents Hoffman from improving his position. Hoffman is still trying to improve position. Hoffman flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Parker stands up from half guard. Parker feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Hoffman s jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Peter Parker is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Parker throws a big shot that misses. Parker tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hoffman was well out of range. Poor timing from Parker. Parker throws a body punch but Hoffman moves out of range. Hoffman changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Horrible takedown attempt by Hoffman or perhaps it was just good defense by Parker, which made it look bad. Hoffman avoids the body shot from Parker.
Hoffman is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Hoffman slips under a jab. Parker throws a nice looking combination but Hoffman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Hoffman shoots in looking for a takedown. Parker tries to sprawl out of it but Hoffman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Parker manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. A little feinted left hand from Parker on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Hoffman counters with a takedown into side control. Parker throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! Hoffman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Parker pinned against the cage. Parker gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Parker was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Hoffman takes the fight into the clinch. Parker misses with some punches.

Peter Parker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Albert Hoffman . Parker misses the jab. This has been an exciting period of action! Parker getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Parker throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Parker closes the distance and clinches. Hoffman turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Hoffman goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Parker rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Hoffman 's guard! Nice work there by Parker! Parker has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Parker trying to control but Hoffman is working from the bottom. Hoffman looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Hoffman isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Parker stacks Hoffman on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Parker!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Hoffman is looking for a kimura but Parker is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Hoffman to get the leverage. Hoffman is looking for a kimura. Peter Parker dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Hoffman drops his hands momentarily and Parker takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Parker smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Parker connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Parker throws a hook to the side of Hoffman 's head but Hoffman sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. A telegraphed right hand from Parker misses the target. Parker is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hoffman . Parker takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Parker cracks Hoffman with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Parker has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hoffman to stand back up!
Hoffman is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Parker fakes the body blow, causing Hoffman to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Hoffman goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Peter Parker! In his post fight interview, Peter Parker started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
