Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Doc Dykstra (ranked 419 p4p, 35 weight class) and Mujibur Rahman (ranked 1558 p4p, 169 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

22 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Doc Dykstra!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

22 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mujibur Rahman!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Alyssa Summers and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rahman misses with a wild body shot.
Dykstra appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Dykstra takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Dykstra uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rahman.
Rahman keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Rahman darts in and clinches Dykstra up against the cage.
Rahman tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Dykstra goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Dykstra has a couple of punches blocked by Rahman.
Rahman lands a knee to the body.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Rahman.
It looks like Doc Dykstra has been cut.
Rahman is trying to break the clinch but Dykstra is controlling him.
Rahman comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Rahman cracks Dykstra with a nice body shot.

Rahman escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Rahman lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Dykstra walks into a stiff left hand from Rahman.
Dykstra tries to land a front kick but Rahman steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Dykstra throws a head kick that misses.

Rahman misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Rahman moves into range and connects with a jab.
Rahman misses the jab.
A little feinted left hand from Dykstra on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Dykstra goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Rahman tries a head kick but it misses.
Dykstra throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rahman rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dykstra moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Dykstra misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Rahman on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Dykstra connects with an inside leg kick.
Dykstra lands a big head kick that sends Rahman tumbling to the mat! Dykstra takes a step backwards and waves Rahman back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Mujibur Rahman has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rahman misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Dykstra.
Dykstra blocks a head kick by Rahman.
Dykstra throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Rahman scores with a nice right hand.
Dykstra swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Rahman lands an overhand right.
Rahman doesn't manage to clinch there - Dykstra circles away.
Rahman ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dykstra moves away.
Dykstra moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Rahman looks winded!
Rahman throws a head kick that misses.
Dykstra lands a nice looking kick to the body. Rahman takes a step back to recover.
Dykstra throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Dykstra is looking to wear down Rahman with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Dykstra moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Dykstra throws a push kick but Rahman slaps the foot to one side.
Rahman wants to counter with a clinch but Dykstra pushes him away.
A slapping body kick lands there for Dykstra.
Dykstra drops Rahman with a naaaaasty hook - Rahman is in real trouble here! Dykstra dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

Doc Dykstra decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
