Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mac Fowler (ranked 5997 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justin Pack (ranked 5986 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Sergei Dronov and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fowler shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Pack defends it nicely.
Mac Fowler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pack is defended easily by Fowler.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Pack working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Pack is in close to Fowler's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Pack stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fowler swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Pack wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fowler keeps working.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pack is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Pack has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Pack has hold of Fowler's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Fowler tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Pack cranks the arm and Fowler screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Fowler, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
