The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Silva instigates a clinch.
Da Silva drops down looking for an ankle pick but Magomedrasulov pulls his leg out and moves away.
Magomedrasulov has managed to clinch.
Da Silva is trying to push Magomedrasulov away but Magomedrasulov has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Da Silva is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Magomedrasulov can't fight it off and eventually Da Silva manages to take the fight to the floor. Magomedrasulov looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Da Silva wants to get up but he can't break Magomedrasulov's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Magomedrasulov wants to sweep but no luck.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Da Silva has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Magomedrasulov is proving hard to escape from.
