32 - 30 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Chris Severn! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Trevor Gratis and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pavlyuchenko throws a chopping leg kick but Severn manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Pavlyuchenko closes the distance and lands a one-two.
It looks like Chris Severn has been cut. Pavlyuchenko has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Pavlyuchenko thumps Severn with a low kick. Severn gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Pavlyuchenko is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Severn is looking to take a break and control but Pavlyuchenko is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Pavlyuchenko misses with a straight left. Pavlyuchenko gets in close and instigates a clinch. Severn trying to stall but Pavlyuchenko improves his position.
Severn creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Pavlyuchenko working aggressively here.

Pavlyuchenko shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Pavlyuchenko, as that shot connected.

Severn lands an elbow just above Pavlyuchenko 's eye. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Pavlyuchenko tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Severn's elbow. Severn creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Pavlyuchenko's defenses.
And that's the end of the fight! Andriy Pavlyuchenko showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Pavlyuchenko, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
