Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zack Harlow (ranked 5650 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ghita Pluta (ranked 22325 p4p, 0 weight class). Ghita Pluta is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ghita Pluta!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Saam Ante and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harlow doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Pluta counters with a straight right hand.
Jeez, both these guys look absolutely knackered already, that's not a good sign!
Pluta fails to land with a series of punches.
Harlow appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Pluta has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Harlow is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Pluta looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Pluta throws a leg kick but Harlow sees it coming and moves out of range.

Pluta decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Pluta shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Harlow as he jumps to the side.

Harlow darts in and clinches Pluta up against the cage.
Pluta tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Harlow smiles and moves away.
Harlow shoots in for a takedown but Pluta shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Harlow ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Harlow no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Harlow is trying to keep Pluta in close.

That was a close round but I would say that Zack Harlow will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

and Harlow holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Pluta wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Harlow has him pressed against the cage.

Harlow is trying to force a seperation but Pluta has the dominant position.

Harlow jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Pluta walks away with a smile on his face. Harlow gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Harlow dives in and grabs Pluta's left leg, looking for a takedown. Pluta pushes down on Harlow's head and hops out.

Pluta throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Harlow's waist but Harlow gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Pluta off to one side.

That was a close second round but I would say that Zack Harlow will probably get the nod.

Pluta tries to score a power double leg takedown but Harlow sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Pluta somewhat.

Pluta does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Ghita Pluta comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
