Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shawn MacArthur (ranked 3270 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Nguyen (ranked 25509 p4p, 0 weight class). Nguyen has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Ben Nguyen told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

MacArthur shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Nguyen manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

MacArthur is looking to stand up but Nguyen won't let him.
MacArthur is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

MacArthur drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. MacArthur seems to have locked his on tight now - Nguyen screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for MacArthur, as he picks up the win!
