Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Daniel Mulder!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mulder takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Nevez. Mulder shrugs it off though.
Nevez throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Nevez throws a head kick but Mulder moves out of range.
Mulder flicks out a counter leg kick but Nevez steps away.
Nevez buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Nevez has taken the fight to the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mulder managing to block the knees to the body from Nevez.
Nevez using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Mulder has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Nevez landing some nice looking knees to the body.

Nevez misses with a knee strike.
Nevez with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Nevez tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Mulder avoids it.

Mulder blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Nevez lands with a nice body kick.
Nevez lands a big head kick that sends Mulder tumbling to the mat! Nevez takes a step backwards and waves Mulder back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Mulder is rocked!
It looks like Daniel Mulder has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nevez lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Mulder is still on wobbly legs! Can Nevez finish him?
Nevez with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Mulder is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Nevez delivers a nice body kick.
Nevez throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A head kick by Nevez - that's a beauty! Mulder is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Nevez can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Rooben Nevez!
