Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Spezziale (ranked 2247 p4p, 303 weight class) and Lars Hard (ranked 1843 p4p, 261 weight class). Spezziale's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, For Heavy Metal we will die!. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spezziale defending well as Hard loads up on a big left hand.
Spezziale misses with a hook.
Spezziale throws a poor cross that misses
and Hard counters with a nice body shot.
Hard avoids the body shot from Spezziale.

Spezziale displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hard throws out the jab.
Hard has taken the fight to the clinch.
Hard is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Spezziale is keeping busy.

I was talking to Spezziale's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A very excited looking Pablo Spezziale rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
