Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mr Miyagi (ranked 5175 p4p, 472 weight class) and Ramiro Lezama (ranked 3921 p4p, 390 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mr Miyagi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Ramiro Lezama! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Steve Montenegro and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lezama misses with a double jab.
Miyagi attempts a counter takedown but Lezama avoids it well and moves away. Miyagi looks to land a combination but Lezama avoids it well. Lezama throws a fast counter high kick but Miyagi manages to duck under it in time. Lezama looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lezama lands a big shot there that rocks Miyagi but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Lezama gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Lezama apologises and we restart here on the feet.

And that's the end of the fight! Ramiro Lezama comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lezama has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
