Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between The Sigit (ranked 120 p4p, 15 weight class) and Egyptian Embalmer (ranked 1043 p4p, 137 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Sigit might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Gie. Embalmer has chosen Katy Perry - Dark Horse ft. Juicy J as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Egyptian Embalmer enters the cage!

14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Egyptian Embalmer!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Russell Pearce and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sigit has closed the distance and engaged Embalmer in a clinch.
Sigit has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Embalmer is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Sigit drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Embalmer gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Embalmer gets underhooks to prevent Sigit's takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for The Sigit. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sigit is looking to take this one to the mat.
Sigit is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Embalmer can't fight it off and eventually Sigit manages to take the fight to the floor. Embalmer looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Embalmer pulls Sigit in to control the position.
Embalmer wants to sweep but no luck.
Sigit tries to free his leg and advance position but Embalmer is retaining full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sigit passes Embalmer's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Sigit thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Embalmer's head.

Sigit looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Embalmer with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Embalmer tries to roll over but Sigit keeps him under control.
We've been hearing that Sigit has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Embalmer is staying active underneath Sigit, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Sigit wants to control but Embalmer is keeping him busy.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Sigit lands a nice short elbow.

Sigit thows a huge punch but Embalmer dodges it nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sigit is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sigit throwing shots but Embalmer is blocking nicely.
Sigit is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Sigit wants to work for an arm triangle but Embalmer is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Embalmer wants to improve his position but Sigit is controlling well.

Embalmer is in trouble now - Sigit has advanced to mount!

Sigit is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Embalmer has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Sigit has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Embalmer's face.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Embalmer tries to lock up and control but Sigit gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Sigit is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Embalmer wants to hold on but Sigit pushes him away.
Sigit working the ground and pound effectively.
Sigit landing strikes, looking to finish!
A nice elbow there by Sigit.
Sigit in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sigit cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Embalmer is rocked!
Sigit lands with some strikes.
Embalmer is still in real trouble! Can Sigit finish him?
Embalmer taking shots to the head.
Sigit lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
The Sigit dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Sigit is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Embalmer is in big trouble! Sigit is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Embalmer. Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Slam). The Sigit!
The Sigit retains his welterweight title!
An out of breath The Sigit thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
The defeated Egyptian Embalmer had this to say: 'This fucking blind referee is friends with the fucking biased judges who are both paid by my PED-using opponent's manager. Fuck them and fuck the haters! What are you looking at asshole? Come at me, I'll mash you like potatoes!!
Mommy!! They are threatening me! 😭'.
