The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Curry with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Hoyce to score with a decent uppercut.
Curry throws a leg kick that is checked
and Hoyce counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hoyce sends Curry crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Hoyce is motioning to the referee to let Curry up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Curry is rocked!
It looks like Diarmuid Curry has been cut.
Hoyce drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Curry's head, knocking him out cold! Hoyce is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
