Garcia wants to control from the top but Bikermann keeps moving.
Garcia is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Bikermann is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Garcia is sitting in close to Bikermann's body. Bikermann has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Garcia is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Garcia is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Bikermann.
