Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Rafael Silva has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Rafael Silva seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Luis Engracia and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Diaz goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Rafael Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Diaz closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Silva to the mat! Silva manages to get full guard.
Silva wants to get back to his feet but Diaz is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Diaz bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Silva's guard.

Diaz is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Silva is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
