Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Khaled Al Khuzeem (ranked 3696 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raulian Satoshi (ranked 3076 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Raulian Satoshi was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Dirk Anderson and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Al Khuzeem swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Satoshi checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Satoshi throws a half hearted mid kick.
As Satoshi looks to move away, Al Khuzeem throws a big counter combo but Satoshi just gets out of the way.
Satoshi tries to land a body kick
and Al Khuzeem holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Satoshi throws an elbow but it misses.
Al Khuzeem manages to break the clinch.
Al Khuzeem throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Al Khuzeem displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Satoshi.
Al Khuzeem throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Satoshi unleashes a big counter combination but Al Khuzeem bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Satoshi tries to clinch there but Al Khuzeem circles away.

and Al Khuzeem counters with a shoot takedown. Satoshi fights it but they end up in guard.
Satoshi throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

Satoshi manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Al Khuzeem manages to get himself to full guard.

Satoshi is looking to stand but Al Khuzeem has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.
Al Khuzeem wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Satoshi.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Al Khuzeem is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Satoshi has control of Al Khuzeem's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Al Khuzeem regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Al Khuzeem is wriggling around trying to escape.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Al Khuzeem tries to get back to half guard but can't.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Raulian Satoshi dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Satoshi stuffs the takedown attempt from Al Khuzeem. Al Khuzeem gets slowly back to his feet.
Al Khuzeem circles away from the clinch attempt.
Al Khuzeem shoots in but no luck this time.
Al Khuzeem shoots for a double leg takedown but Satoshi sprawls well. He's pushed Al Khuzeem's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Khaled Al Khuzeem. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Satoshi lands a jab to the head.
Al Khuzeem shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Al Khuzeem was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Satoshi explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!

Al Khuzeem tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Satoshi manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Al Khuzeem looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Satoshi regains full guard. Nicely done.
Satoshi not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Al Khuzeem drops back, looking for a kneebar! Satoshi looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Satoshi looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Satoshi!
Al Khuzeem can't do much from the bottom here.
Satoshi has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Al Khuzeem is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Satoshi yanks on the arm and Al Khuzeem is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Satoshi.
