Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rob Kardashian! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Duncan Ferguson! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Anthony Taglia and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A looping hook to the body misses from Kardashian. Ferguson does a little dance to reset his feet. Kardashian throws the left hand but Ferguson avoids the punch easily. Kardashian misses with a looping left. Ferguson walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
It looks like Duncan Ferguson has been cut. Duncan Ferguson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ferguson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Ferguson listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
It looks like Rob Kardashian has been cut. Ferguson tries to close the distance and clinch but Kardashian swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Ferguson misses with a body shot.
Sloppy strikes from Ferguson. Those never looked like landing. Jab, jab by Ferguson - just one landing. Kardashian waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Ferguson. Kardashian just misses with a punch to the body.
Kardashian stuns Ferguson with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. A big left from Kardashian misses. Kardashian seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Kardashian throws a body shot but no joy. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kardashian takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Kardashian fails in his attempt to clinch. Ferguson throws a hook but Kardashian blocks it. Ferguson misses with a few strikes there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kardashian moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. A looping hook to the body misses from Kardashian. Ferguson does a little dance to reset his feet. Ferguson swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Kardashian. Ferguson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kardashian swats him away and circles back towards the center. Ferguson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Kardashian connects with a good right hand that stumbles Ferguson. Ferguson circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Kardashian takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Ferguson fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Ferguson misses with an uppercut
enabling Kardashian to counter with a crisp jab. Kardashian jabs Ferguson right on the nose. Ferguson blinks but takes it well. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ferguson moves into the clinch successfully.
Ferguson has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. A right hand to the body from Ferguson.
Kardashian tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Kardashian misses with some punches.

Kardashian tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Ferguson's elbow. Ferguson is trying to break the clinch but Kardashian is controlling him. A nice right hand lands inside from Kardashian. Kardashian throws a punch but it's blocked by Ferguson.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kardashian fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Kardashian lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Ferguson backwards. Kardashian working aggressively here.
Kardashian tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Ferguson's elbow. Ferguson pressing his opponent against the cage. Ferguson blocking some punches.
A short uppercut from Kardashian. Nice body punch from Kardashian. Ferguson breaks from the clinch.
Kardashian swings for the body but Ferguson moves out of range.
Kardashian ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Ferguson fails to land with a series of punches.
Ferguson throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Ferguson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. The crowd cheers as Ferguson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Kardashian doesn't seem phased though. Good shot there by Ferguson. Kardashian looks to land a left hand but Ferguson moved out of range nicely. Kardashian works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
That has opened up Duncan Ferguson's cut even more.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kardashian uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ferguson. Ferguson connects with a single shot there. Ferguson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kardashian throws out the jab. Ferguson is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Kardashian had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Kardashian cracks Ferguson with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Ferguson looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Kardashian finish him?
Ferguson is rocked! Kardashian lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Ferguson up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Kardashian from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Ferguson's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Rob Kardashian! Rob Kardashian decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
