Jones takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Cook will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Cook is countered with a crisp right hand from Jones that sends him to the canvas! Jones follows him to the mat into side control.
Cook is rocked!
It looks like Daniel Cook has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jones lands a strong strike to the head of Cook. That's dazed him! Jones looking to finish here. Cook is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Jones lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
