The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saibot buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Saibot fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Schulmann checks it well.
Schulmann looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Schulmann feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Saibots jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Saibot has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Schulmann is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Saibot.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Noob Saibot.
Well Schulmann has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
