Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bob Suf (ranked 726 p4p, 100 weight class) and Jorge Morueco (ranked 938 p4p, 122 weight class). Morueco is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Pretender. Bob Suf had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bob Suf! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jorge Morueco! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown attempt by Morueco or perhaps it was just good defense by Suf, which made it look bad. Suf tries to clinch there but Morueco circles away.

and Suf holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Suf working aggressively here.
Suf misses with some punches.
Suf lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Suf lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Suf lands with a short shot to the head. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Morueco. Suf working aggressively here.

Suf swings wildly with an uppercut but Morueco uses good head movement to avoid it. Suf struggles to land a body shot inside as Morueco controls his hands.
Morueco is trying to push Suf away but Suf has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Suf struggles to land a body shot inside as Morueco controls his hands.

Morueco makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Suf tries a body shot but Morueco blocks it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Suf lands a nice uppercut. Suf struggles to land a body shot inside as Morueco controls his hands.

Morueco has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. A nice right hand lands inside from Suf. Morueco tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Morueco blocks a body shot from Suf. Morueco wants to get back to striking at distance but Suf won't allow it.
A shot in the inside from Suf. Morueco tries to throw a body punch but Suf avoids it by throwing Morueco back against the cage. Morueco breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Morueco moves out of range as Suf strikes. We've been told by Suf's head coaches at Hey Steves Fight Shack that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Morueco works over Suf's head and body with a nice combination. Suf avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Morueco on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Suf needs to keep his hands up - Morueco had a free shot at his head there. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Suf slips a straight right by Morueco. Morueco is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Suf's half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Morueco is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Suf doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Morueco. Suf is looking for a sweep. Morueco is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Suf trying to hold on to Morueco's head to control him but Morueco postures up.
Morueco wants to work for an arm triangle but Suf is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Suf keeping hold of Morueco's head, controlling as best he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Morueco looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Morueco is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Suf reverses the position - he's now on top in Morueco's guard. Suf trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Morueco looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Suf has picked Morueco up and slammed him! Morueco can't keep hold of the triangle and Suf manages to pass to side control! Morueco tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Suf wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Suf takes a little break here. Morueco wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Suf wants to stand but Morueco has his arm trapped. Morueco tries to bench press Suf off him but Suf keeps the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Morueco is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Suf's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Suf is figuring out what he wants to do next. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bob Suf dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Suf takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Suf with a jab. Morueco tries to clinch but Suf moves out of range. Suf clinches up against the cage. Suf managing to block the knees to the body from Morueco.
Morueco scores with an uppercut up the middle. Morueco jumps into guard, dragging Suf to the mat.

Morueco has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Suf can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Suf seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morueco looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Suf wants to stand but Morueco is controlling his arm. Suf is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Morueco will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Morueco tries to improve position but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Suf taking a breather here. Suf has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Suf throws a shot to the body.
Suf throws an overhand right that lands on Morueco's shoulder, as Morueco tries to avoid the shot. Bob Suf is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Morueco connects with a leg kick. Suf looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Suf lands a big head kick that sends Morueco tumbling to the mat! Suf takes a step backwards and waves Morueco back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Morueco is rocked!
It looks like Jorge Morueco has been cut. Morueco takes a body punch but keeps moving. Morueco is still on wobbly legs! Can Suf finish him? Morueco is breathing heavily. Suf darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Morueco's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Suf before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bob Suf! Bob Suf decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
