Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Henry Aron (ranked 1498 p4p, 212 weight class) and Daniel Orndorf (ranked 2123 p4p, 296 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Aron might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to USA!. Orndorf comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Wrecking Ball - Andrew Baena kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Daniel Orndorf will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aron changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Orndorf tries to avoid it but Aron manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Orndorf to the ground. Orndorf escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Orndorf cracks Aron with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Aron here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
