Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shane Weiss (ranked 7241 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zack One Punch (ranked 5930 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Shane Weiss! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Zack One Punch! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Anni Minnemäki and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! One Punch fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Weiss avoids it really well and circles away. Weiss gets a clinch. Weiss on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Weiss is defending well against a takedown attempt. One Punch has Weiss pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Weiss manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Shane Weiss has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zack One Punch. One Punch can't find room to land a body shot as Weiss controls the action.
Weiss ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Weiss no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Weiss keeping moving, preventing One Punch from controlling successfully. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Weiss holds on and takes a little breather. Weiss is looking to stand back up but One Punch counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Weiss.
That's one minute gone in the round. Weiss is not content to let One Punch control the position. Weiss pushes One Punch off looking to stand but One Punch dives back in and keeps control.
One Punch throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. One Punch is trying to control. Weiss wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. One Punch throws a strike but Weiss avoids it easily and moves to full guard. One Punch not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Weiss keeping moving, preventing One Punch from controlling successfully. Weiss has One Punch pulled in close to control his posture. One Punch wants to stand but Weiss is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Weiss is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. One Punch fails with a takedown attempt. Weiss stuffs the takedown attempt from One Punch. One Punch gets slowly back to his feet. One Punch looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Weiss is fending him off so far but One Punch persists. Nope, Weiss circles away and we're back to standing. Weiss swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. One Punch gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. One Punch landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
One Punch tries to pull guard but Weiss holds him up against the cage and eventually One Punch drops back down to his feet.
Weiss drops down looking for an ankle pick but One Punch pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Weiss displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from One Punch. Weiss moves into range and clinches up with One Punch. Weiss has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but One Punch regains guard immediately. Weiss working some strikes from top position. Weiss wants to stand but One Punch is controlling his posture from full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Weiss is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Weiss would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Weiss working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of One Punch's head. Weiss could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. One Punch has his foot on Weiss's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Weiss works his way back into a safe position though. Weiss with a nice head shot there. Weiss preventing the sweep. One Punch looks winded! One Punch is trying to keep Weiss in close.
One Punch wants to sweep here but Weiss controlling him for the moment. Weiss postures up and lands a big shot to One Punch's brow. Weiss stands up and waves to One Punch to follow him. Weiss shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Weiss showed some decent athleticism there. This has been an exciting period of action! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Weiss drops an elbow to the side of One Punch's head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Shane Weiss dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
One Punch avoids the body shot from Weiss.
One Punch goes for a double leg but Weiss avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Weiss continues to drive forward. Weiss slips a jab and a cross from One Punch.
One Punch is trying hard to land a takedown here. Weiss sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Weiss feinted with a counter takedown. Nice sprawl there from Weiss as One Punch shoots in. Weiss appears to be looking for a big counter. Shane Weiss has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zack One Punch. Weiss closes the distance and clinches. Weiss is defending well against a takedown attempt. Weiss gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from One Punch.

Weiss jumps guard and drags One Punch to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. One Punch throwing strikes from guard but Weiss blocks nicely. One Punch is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Weiss wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Weiss working for a triangle but One Punch defends it easily.
Weiss is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. One Punch presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. With the fighters up against the cage, Weiss throws an elbow but misses. Weiss turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Weiss manages to end up in side control. Weiss tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Weiss has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Shane Weiss overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Weiss tries for a kimura but One Punch is defending well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Weiss lands a few punches from side control. You can see the frustration on One Punch's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Weiss looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Weiss landing a few strikes. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. One Punch is looking to regain half guard here but Weiss keeps moving and retains side control. Weiss is working One Punch over with some ground and pound from side control. One Punch bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! Weiss is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that One Punch can do to turn this around? One Punch clinches.

Weiss is trying to pull guard but One Punch turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Weiss gets control of One Punch's arms and successfully pulls guard. Weiss will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. One Punch drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Weiss dives on top into guard. Weiss working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of One Punch's head. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Weiss's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Weiss throws a big elbow that misses. One Punch controls Weiss momentarily but Weiss frees himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Weiss connects with a couple of short punches. Weiss postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Weiss with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Weiss has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Weiss postures up.
One Punch has a closed guard, preventing Weiss from standing up. One Punch not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Weiss might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Weiss lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Weiss content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Weiss gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. One Punch falls off balance throwing a combination
and Weiss counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Weiss lands a couple of digs. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

One Punch misses with a leg kick so Weiss counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Weiss lands a couple of decent looking shots. Weiss scoring with punches to the head and body. Weiss drops back looking for a leg! One Punch is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and One Punch manages to kick Weiss off! Weiss jumps back into One Punch's guard. Weiss postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Weiss stands up over One Punch, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. One Punch escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Weiss gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Weiss is in close to One Punch's body, working some short punches and elbows. One Punch takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Weiss drops back looking for a leg! One Punch is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and One Punch manages to kick Weiss off! Weiss jumps back into One Punch's guard. Weiss postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Weiss cracks One Punch with a solid left hand. Weiss postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. One Punch wants to sweep but no luck. Weiss is working One Punch over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Weiss scoring with punches to the head and body. Weiss with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Weiss wants to stand but One Punch is controlling his posture from full guard. Weiss distracts One Punch with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Weiss content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
That's two minutes gone in the round. One Punch pushes Weiss off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Weiss tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but One Punch was well out of range. Poor timing from Weiss. Weiss instigates a clinch. Weiss breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. One Punch tries to score a power double leg takedown but Weiss sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten One Punch somewhat. Weiss misses the shot to the body. One Punch fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! One Punch looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Weiss clinches up with One Punch and pushes him back against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Weiss lands an elbow that stopped One Punch in his tracks for a moment. Weiss jumps into guard, dragging One Punch to the mat.
One Punch won't allow Weiss to sweep him here. Weiss wants to stand but One Punch is controlling the position. Weiss trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Weiss has his hands on One Punch's head, controlling the position.
