Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Futoshi Matsunaga (ranked 1436 p4p, 68 weight class) and Noah Jones (ranked 1837 p4p, 91 weight class). Jones has chosen Barrels of Whiskey as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Futoshi Matsunaga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Noah Jones! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Matsunaga jabs at Jones's body. Jones shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Matsunaga counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Matsunaga lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
It looks like Noah Jones has been cut. Matsunaga takes the fight into the clinch. Jones jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Matsunaga walks away with a smile on his face. Jones gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Matsunaga swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Jones. No luck with that takedown attempt from Jones. Futoshi Matsunaga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Noah Jones. The fight moves into the clinch position. Jones tries to pull guard but Matsunaga won't allow it.
Jones drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Matsunaga successfully pulls guard.
Matsunaga had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Jones defends it easily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jones stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Matsunaga swivels though and keeps the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones passes into half guard. Jones moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Matsunaga. Jones has hold of Matsunaga's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Matsunaga seems comfortable defending it but Jones has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Matsunaga is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Matsunaga is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Jones couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Noah Jones! Noah Jones decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
