The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vulicevic will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Vulicevic clinches up with Johns and pushes him back against the cage.
Good body shot from Vulicevic.
Vulicevic lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Johns can't find room to land a body shot as Vulicevic controls the action.
Vulicevic throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Vulicevic tries to break the clinch but Johns is controlling the position.
Vulicevic wants to get back to striking at distance but Johns won't allow it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vulicevic turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Johns is trying to control Vulicevic's posture but Vulicevic avoids it.
Johns is looking to regain half guard here but Vulicevic keeps moving and retains side control.
Vulicevic fails to land a wild elbow strike.

Vulicevic lands a strong strike to the head of Johns. That's dazed him! Vulicevic looking to finish here. Johns is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Vulicevic lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
