Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Elvis Astrok (ranked 3330 p4p, 72 weight class) and Pittsburgh Steelers (ranked 2539 p4p, 105 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Astrok might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Janna - Täyteen vaan. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Elvis Astrok!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Pittsburgh Steelers!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Astrok looks to score with a jab to the body but Steelers is just out of range.
Steelers throws a front kick aimed at Astrok's knee but Astrok avoids it well.
Steelers has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Astrok is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Steelers throws a head kick that misses.
Steelers circles away from the clinch attempt.
Steelers misses with a two punch combination.
Astrok throws a low kick but Steelers avoids it.
Steelers swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Astrok connects with a single shot there.
Astrok is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Steelers.

Steelers throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

Astrok tries a low kick but Steelers avoids it.
Steelers lands a head kick!


It looks like Elvis Astrok has been cut.
Astrok turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Astrok throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Astrok is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Steelers looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Astrok cracks Steelers with a right hand to the side of the head.

Despite the aggression on Steelers's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Steelers pushes off an throws an elbow but Astrok leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Astrok has a couple of punches blocked by Steelers.

Astrok lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Astrok tries to throw a body punch but Steelers avoids it by throwing Astrok back against the cage.

Astrok landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.

Steelers blocks a punch to the side of the head.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Steelers blocks an elbow strike.
Astrok is trying to force a seperation but Steelers has the dominant position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Steelers tried to score with a low kick but Astrok checks it.
Astrok moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

Astrok digs a good body shot into Steelers's ribs.
Astrok bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Astrok moves out of range of the leg kick from Steelers.
Astrok pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Steelers back to the cage. Astrok follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Astrok checks a leg kick.
Astrok seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Astrok comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Steelers avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Steelers takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Astrok throws a body shot but no joy.

Astrok has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Steelers takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Astrok feints and then cracks Steelers's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Steelers down.
Astrok takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Astrok throws a combination that misses
enabling Steelers to counter with a crisp jab.
Steelers takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Astrok moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Astrok lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Steelers gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Steelers tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Astrok is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Steelers buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Steelers!! Steelers is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Astrok throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Elvis Astrok!
Elvis Astrok decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
In defeat, Pittsburgh Steelers stepped up to the mic, saying 'I can not believe he beat me. Fuck!'.
