Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Cervoni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and guilherme cardoso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cervoni shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with cardoso but cardoso pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Cervoni fails to land with a series of punches.

Cervoni really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

cardoso is nestled in close to Cervoni, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
No luck for Cervoni with that takedown attempt.

cardoso has Cervoni up against the cage in a clinch.
cardoso is pressed up against the cage. Cervoni has hold of a leg and is looking to drag cardoso down to the mat. cardoso avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

cardoso fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cervoni manages to avoid it.

cardoso clinches up against the cage.
Cervoni is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Cervoni has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. cardoso avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Cervoni changes levels and goes for a takedown here. cardoso fights it off and pushes away nicely.
cardoso looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Cervoni changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. cardoso tries to avoid it but Cervoni manages to keep hold of a leg and drag cardoso to the ground. cardoso escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
