Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Grover Dowiyogo (ranked 5115 p4p, 103 weight class) and Buddy Brandon (ranked 4457 p4p, 94 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Dowiyogo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to another life - kano. Brandon has chosen All Summer Long as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Buddy Brandon has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paulsen Ambrosius and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dowiyogo throws a nice inside leg kick.
Dowiyogo throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Brandon thuds his right hand into Dowiyogo's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Dowiyogo.
Dowiyogo throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Brandon's head.
Dowiyogo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Dowiyogo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Brandon gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Brandon throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Brandon is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

and Brandon counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Dowiyogo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Brandon swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dowiyogo looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Brandon throws a sloppy head kick and Dowiyogo moves out of range easily.
Good standup being displayed there by Brandon as he connects with a hook.
Dowiyogo lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Dowiyogo tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Brandon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Brandon lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Dowiyogo throws a wild body kick that Brandon sees coming a mile off.
Dowiyogo connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Brandon gets a clinch.
Brandon takes a knee to the side of the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Brandon throws a head punch that misses.

Boom! Dowiyogo lands a massive head kick that sends Brandon crashing into the ropes, followed by a classic face plant on the canvas! He's up to his knees but he's not going to beat the count - this one is all over! Dowiyogo is jumping around like a lunatic, extatic with the win!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Grover Dowiyogo!
Grover Dowiyogo bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
