Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Selfie Lord (ranked 12 p4p, 2 weight class) and Sambulo Yeboah (ranked 117 p4p, 15 weight class). Yeboah is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Lionel Richie - All Night Long. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Sambulo Yeboah was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lord misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Yeboah.
Yeboah throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Lord on the side of the head.
Yeboah misses with a low kick as Lord jumps back.
A left lands for Yeboah.
Lord walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Yeboah checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Lord takes a swing at Yeboah's ribcage but misses.
Yeboah moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Lord gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Lord takes one to the chin there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lord fires out a quick counter leg kick but Yeboah just manages to avoid it.

Sambulo Yeboah seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A slow jab from Yeboah misses its intended target.
Yeboah throws a nice looking combination but Lord bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Yeboah tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lord just stands there and leans against the cage.
Lord doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lord's corner calls for a 1-2. Lord obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Yeboah misses with a looping left.
It looked like Lord was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Yeboah.
Yeboah shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Lord eats them both and turns towards Yeboah to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Lord has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lord, as that shot connected.
Yeboah looks to clinch
and Lord counters with a straight right hand.
Yeboah throws a poor cross that misses
and Lord counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Lord throws a low kick, looking for Yeboah's leg but Yeboah calmly moves out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

That was a close second round but I would say that Selfie Lord will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Lord ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Yeboah moves away.
It seemed like Yeboah was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Yeboah takes one on the chin but seems OK.

A looping hook to the body misses from Lord. Yeboah does a little dance to reset his feet.

Lord fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Yeboah to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Yeboah looks to clinch but Lord throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Yeboah taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
