The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St Pierre connects with a right hand. mccabe shakes it off.
mccabe misses with a jab, cross combination.
St Pierre ducks down and throws a hook to the body but mccabe moves away.
mccabe throws a sloppy head kick and St Pierre moves out of range easily.
mccabe shoots for a double leg takedown but St Pierre sprawls well. He's pushed mccabe's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
St Pierre lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
