Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Murphy (ranked 2006 p4p, 303 weight class) and Mickey Sapolu (ranked 2045 p4p, 307 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, John Roberts and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sapolu tries to clinch up but Murphy circles away and keeps his distance.
Murphy takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Sapolu has his takedown stuffed
and Murphy makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

We've been told by Murphy's head coaches at Shark Tank MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Sapolu wants to clinch but Murphy slips to the side
and Murphy counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Sapolu thinking.

Murphy lands a left hand that snaps the head of Sapolu backwards.
Sapolu is still on wobbly legs! Can Murphy finish him?

Murphy creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Sapolu with a big uppercut! Sapolu tries to clinch up but Murphy pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Sapolu to the mat! Sapolu covers up and Murphy unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
