The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Anni Minnemäki and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kola scores with a hook to the body. Hernandez takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Kola tried to score with a low kick but Hernandez checks it.
It looked like Hernandez was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
No joy there for Hernandez, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Kola must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Kola throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hernandez sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Hernandez shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kola's guard.
Kola wants to stand and escape but Hernandez is having none of it.

Hernandez stands and steps away. Kola gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Hernandez turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Dillon Hernandez overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Hernandez is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Kola is trying to escape and Hernandez transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Kola is forced to tap! Nice work there by Hernandez! Very nice indeed!
