Coming up we have a heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between The Steel Penn (ranked 3657 p4p, 392 weight class) and Zander Harland (ranked 3624 p4p, 389 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Harland's choice of entrance music: We Don't Know. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Hilo, with a TWGC record of 7 wins and 5 losses; The Steel Penn! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 7 wins and 2 losses; Zander Harland! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Radbod Blank and Nard Betker.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Steel Penn clinches up against the ropes. Harland is looking for a takedown. Harland gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. That's eight minutes gone in the round. Steel Penn trying to control but Harland is having none of it. Steel Penn is really struggling to control Harland but he's trying to hold on to the position. Harland can't escape the position.
Steel Penn controlling his opponent. Harland tries to reverse the position but Steel Penn maintains control. We've been hearing good reports from Steel Penn's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
That's nine minutes gone in the round. Steel Penn takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Harland is in all sorts of trouble here.

That's twelve minutes gone in the round. Harland looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. What can Harland do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

That's thirteen minutes gone in the round. Steel Penn avoiding Harland 's attempts to control his hands. You can see the frustration on Harland's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Steel Penn slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Steel Penn happy to just control the position for now.
