The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miyagi scores with a slapping inside leg kick.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Mann.
A hook to the body from Miyagi.
A frustrated look appears on Miyagi's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Mann keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Miyagi's efforts to push away.
Miyagi stalls.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Miyagi wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Mann has him pressed against the cage.
Miyagi misses with a hook to the ribs.

Mann tries to counter by clinching up but Miyagi breaks away and moves out of range.

Mann can't find room to land a body shot as Miyagi controls the action.
Mann lands a hook that snaps the head of Miyagi backwards.

Miyagi throws a nice looking combination but Mann bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Miyagi throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

No joy there for Miyagi, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Miyagi gets the takedown into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
