PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Corwin Anstey (ranked 5324 p4p, 533 weight class) and Jesus St Pierre (ranked 2040 p4p, 250 weight class). St Pierre has chosen For Heavy Metal we will die! as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

With the fighters clinched against the cage, St Pierre creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

St Pierre looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Anstey with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Jesus St Pierre comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well St Pierre has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
