Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Splash Wetness (ranked 2046 p4p, 296 weight class) and Markus Drotske (ranked 3586 p4p, 473 weight class). Wetness comes to the cage accompanied by Pump Up The Jam- Technotronic. Splash Wetness has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Splash Wetness! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Markus Drotske! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Daniel Bishop and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wetness avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Wetness with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Drotske to score with a decent uppercut. Drotske throws a looping overhand right but Wetness ducks down to avoid it. Wetness looks to score with a jab to the body but Drotske is just out of range. Some bone on bone action there as Wetness checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Wetness tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Drotske manages to circle out of the way. Wetness looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Wetness misses with a looping left. Drotske drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Wetness defends it well. Wetness misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
