Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Deke Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Caesar II (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Deke Smith! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Caesar II! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Andrew Berry and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! II darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Smith is looking to improve his position.
II controlling the pace. Smith looks like he's trying to stand up.
It looks like II is going to stand back up.
II is thwarting Smith's attempts to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Smith is staying active underneath II, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Smith is looking to escape.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. II closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. A lull in the action here. I looks like II might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Smith tries to improve position but can't. II controlling the position from side mount. II trying to control the action but Smith is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. II stands up and beckons Smith to his feet. II throws a head kick that half lands.
Smith looks to land a combination but II avoids it well. II lands a nice shot to the body.
Smith is breathing heavily. Smith gets the takedown into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. II is trying to control Smith's posture but Smith avoids it. II is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Smith is controlling him well. Smith is looking to take a break and control but II is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. II tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Smith easily slips into full mount! II is trying to escape the mount.
II tries to hold on but Smith pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. II is trying desperately to improve position. II tries to hold on but Smith postures up. II working to try and regain half guard.
Smith tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. II is looking to improve his position but Smith isn't that keen on the idea. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Caesar II dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Smith with a lazy takedown attempt and II counters with a nice double leg into half guard. II sitting and controlling from the half guard. II moves into full mount! Smith won't be happy about that! Smith looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! II lands a punch that was close to the back of the head but the ref thinks it's OK. II is not going to allow Smith to sit and survive in this position. II lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Smith.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. II keeps control of the position easily here as Smith tries to buck him off.
A lull in the action here.
Smith is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Smith can't escape the position.
Smith is working hard here to advance position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Smith trying to control the hands but II won't let him. II keeps control of the position as Smith tries to break free.
Good control from II.
Despite being in the dominant position, Caesar II just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. II swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Smith counters with a nice double leg into half guard. II is trying to control but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. II manages to get to full guard.
Smith is fighting to break II's control of his arms but II is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. II can't keep his opponent in guard - Smith advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Smith is keen to just control but II is a slippery customer. II slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. II has his hands on Smith's head, controlling the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. II is trying to keep Smith in close.
II utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as II holds on and takes a little breather. Caesar II has got the better of the ground game so far. II striking from his own guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Caesar II showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
II closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. II seems to be working for a kimura but Smith defends the submission attempt. II wants to pass the guard but Smith is defending well. Well, if II is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Smith has one foot on II's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Both fighters are breathing heavily. II tries to clinch up.
That's one minute gone in the round. II feints and as Smith raises his hands in defense, II changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. II trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Smith preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Smith looking for a sweep. Not yet Smith, not yet. II looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Smith is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Smith wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and II is now in half guard. II looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. II passes into side control, despite Smith's attempt to control the position.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
That's three minutes gone in the round. II decides to stand back up. II steps back and let's Smith get back to his feet. Caesar II seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. II shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than II was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Smith is trying to reverse the position but instead II has taken his back - oops! Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards II.
II is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Smith has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. II controlling the position well here. Smith rolled but II kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Smith looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Deke Smith has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! II slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
And that's the end of the fight! Caesar II comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well II has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
